Chris was born and bred on Sydney’s Lower North Shore, attending Cammeray Primary and then North Sydney Boys High. He eventually followed in his Father’s footsteps and began his real estate career in Crows Nest as a property manager in 1989.

After 10 years in property management, Chris decided to make the change over to Sales. He then joined the L J Hooker network in 2001 and held the position of Sales Manager for 5 years until he was approached by L J Hooker Crows Nest to join their sales team.

In less than a year, Chris had sold more than 50 properties with L J Hooker Crows Nest and his achievements were acknowledged by being accepted into the L J Hooker Captains Club that recognises the top 15% of agents within the international L J Hooker network. Just a few months later, Chris qualified for the elite Multi-Million Dollar Chapter of the Captains Club which recognises the top 7% of all LJ Hooker agents.

Apart from his own personal success, Chris played a key role in his sales team that won 2 major awards with-in the LJ Hooker network, taking out 2nd place in NSW / ACT for the most productive sales team (average number of transactions per salesperson) and 1st place in NSW / ACT for most productive sales team (average income earned per salesperson) for the 2006 – 2007 financial year.

Chris firmly believes that his previous experience in property management definitely gives him the edge over many agents with only experience in sales, as he was trained to solve complicated “challenges” that may arise, especially with difficult tenancy situations. He also believes that a client should be always viewed as a client for life, therefore all dealings must be conducted with honesty, integrity, and no less than 100% effort. As a result of this, Chris enjoys strong repeat & referral business.

His motto, “You can always make another dollar, but you can’t make another name” is his assurance that he is the right choice when it comes to making your decision on an Agent. His numerous written testimonials are indeed a testament to that.

Chris loves to spend the balance of his time with his wife Alexis, & his three beautiful daughters, Mabel, Esther & baby Rose.
